Toledo Tire & Auto Care

Toledo Auto Care continues to exceed my expectations! When the tech couldn’t identify the problem I was experiencing after a test drive and inspection, he asked me to accompany him on another test drive. I suggested getting on the expressway and within seconds he exclaimed “you need your tires balanced!” (Thank goodness that’s all it was! I thought I need new tie rods!) the fact that he was willing to go the extra mile (literally) to find out what the issue was, and was polite and courteous, while doing so was impressive. The front office staff was helpful and polite as usual and made sure that I was comfortable while I waited. A++

Communication throughout the process was fantastic! They were honest with us and did all they could to help us through the process of working with the warranty company to get our bill covered as much as possible. They were great from Jerry to Jake to reception; all were so helpful and patient and honest and kind. We will definitely be returning whenever car issues arise again.

Exceptional service, communication (clear & honest), teamwork, & personalities. We like receiving the inspection reports via text, with photos & explanations. Moreover, Mom & I are very happy with the work on our cars. We will definitely continue coming here. The new tires are fantastic (very good performance, quiet)!

I see this shop has been in business for 105 years?? I can see why. As a person who travels the country for work in an RV van, I've had to do business with MANY different auto shops, and I can say that this one is top notch, high quality people who are honestly looking to help. If I ever break down in Toledo again I know who to call!

This place is into the details in a great way! From personalized chocolatey thank yous to follow up texts and emails, to loyalty/frequency programs, they really take the time to let you know you aren't just a number and they aren't trying to squeeze every dime out. I felt they took excellent care of my vehicle, my wallet, and family. Such personable employees, too! Thank you!!
